oh, and by the way, are we really protected by the first amendment?
The former internal affairs investigator (Ken Crapo) said that the 1st amendment protects you from the government so they can't throw you in jail for exercising your free speech. However, it doesn't protect you from being terminated if you say something that your employer doesn't like. Big difference! Stay anonymous on here!!! ;)
