hello i was wondering if this department will ever have 4 days on 3 days off? i am aware that there are some areas that work the 4-10's which area are these and why?thank you

Coral gables went to 4-10's. it needs a little tweaking but it is working very well and the 3 says off are great

Your wrong Dude. You have an overlap of time and can have more man power during peak calls for service. Daily and weekly. More man power, more officer safety. ALSO, 3 days off, you can work a steady off duty and have time for family. And if your not a slug retired on active duty, Court OT increases. But if your just answering the radio and looking at the Tits, you won't like it as you may have to WORK.
