The problem is Tally management, TR is ok but the chief dont know what he is doing. He needs to stop all his crap and be in charge or at least listen to the people. He is got a bad temper that scares TR and the rest instead of standing up to him. The Lt. Colonel is in charge but the chief is his do boy and he likes him and protects him. What's going on in Tallahassee is no concern of the folks in the field. As long as you keep your job and get your check, who cares. If your so up in arms about the goings on up there, study for the test, promote and start working your way up. Crying on these boards just shows your a talker and not a doer. Lt. Col. has things under control and enough to do besides come out here and babysit these stations. He and a couple others spend a lot of time over at the capital fighting for our jobs. If you truly want to give him a suggestion, send him an email from your work address!

I wouldnt worry about the LC, he is still the best person we have in the headquarters, he really cares about us and doesnt have to brag about it or tell others he is great like some of our other brass do. He will do the right thing and always asks down to the lowest ranking person what they need. If he had not come here we would still be in the cabbage times. He will keep the other brass in line. He is a cops cop, and will not be scared of putting anyone in there place. We do more law enforcement today because of him and he expects us to do it.

I bet you don't even know where the Tall office is much less know the real deal up there. That statement is ridiculous and obviously intended to stir the pot. The Tall machine is running smooth and will see little change until after a new commissioner is elected.

Its all about how much the check will be every two weeks. Nothing else really matters. Think about it, we worked for years without hot water and it didn't matter. We drove second had cars from FHP and it didn't matter. We had limited arrest powers and it didn't matter. We worked in the elements in those wooden out houses and it didn't matter.

He did nothing for Avie, do you think the LC gives a flip about her, the Chief lied to her and the LC about her. Why dont you call up Tally and see what there plan was for Fanning. The LC had wanted to close fanning for years and he told several people that he would. Maybe if Colonel Liford wasnt injured he could have stopped him from doing it.
