Blountstown PD is comprised of a Chief, Major, Sgt., SRO, 3 FT Patrol Officers and 1 PT Patrol Officer. We are located in North Florida between Panama City and Tallahassee on Hwy 20.

Our starting salary is around $28,500 which is higher than most other agencies right around us. Yes country boy there are several FWC guys around here.

Wow, if it wasn't for the fact that I'm a patrolman in Broward County making more money then your chief I would surely apply.

I grew up in Blountstown. I must say, though I was mad at the time about them running me and my friends out of the McDonalds parking lot and making us pour out our beer, they were a jam-up department. I'm now proud to call them my brothers in blue and my friends.

Hey just wondering if that flaming azzhole Trooper Dallas Jones is still running around your town writing tickets to LEO's for 7 over. I got one about 10 years back for 57in a 50 and he was the biggest moron I ever met. He told me he is not afraid to write cops in a marked unit also.
