Anyone know a SWAT/Bombtech guy named Will Harper? Supossedly he's a corporal?
He works in Bureau of emergency response in the Broward or Miami area. In the process or has (not sure how far along he is) switched over to Bureau of Park Police as a certified LEO.
Isn't this the one that was hired without a background because of OPET?
