Not that it is that close or cheap, but Miami Dade PD has the best courses (4o hrs). Check out these sites:

IPTM.com (sometimes grant funded and free)

Also look for the Gold Coast Forensics Assoc (West Palm Beach PD related)

Maybe even the local community colleges. Sometimes they have courses that are lower in cost or even free.
