Accredidation VS. Pay Raise

I say its time to make a stand. A stand for pay raises. I hear officers say" What can we do"? Well ,we can demand a pay raise BEFORE we help the agency with accredidation. Simple as that! We can demand a pay raise NOW and then we'll worry with getting a fancy sticker on our trucks and a fancy feather in Julies hat. Accredidation means absolutely nothing to the officers in the field. Ask your local Tropper if their accredidation did ANYTHING to help them out. If our agency heads would spend the effort for us a pay raise like they are on this accredidation we might get somewhere. Which is more important to our Col? Accredidation or you a raise? Which do you hear the most about? When asked to be a part of the accredidation process, simply decline. Or ask " do I have to go to this interview or inspection"? Let them pick someone else. If they pay us a fair salary, or at LEAST work hard for us a pay raise.....Then we'll worry with accredidation and laptop computers.
