Hello to all. I am a certified officer here in S. Florida. I am looking to change departments. I am wondering if your department is hiring? Any information you could give me would be appreciated. I am interested in knowing about the hiring process, fto, pay, benefits; take home, department moral, and administration. Thank you all in advance, and stay safe.

That is true, everyone is always running of at the mouth on who they are and what they have done,, and again, if you are not happy just leave, since you are so talented you should not have a problem getting an LE job elsewhere. The only reason people are the way they are is because they just purchased a brand new yacht or lexus and now they cant leave. Decide b4 you buy,, otherwise. SHUT UP. You can always go to another agency for half the money and twice the calls. No one is stopping you please, GO. But, dont go away mad,,, just go away.

Likewise. I am also interested in the agency and certified in Florida. There is almost no information about the Hollywood Reservation on the website.

hey guys that are interested, if you have a job now in LE stay there, it would be for the best. If you are unemployed or looking to get into police work then apply. There are some good things at seminole, like pay and detail, first year officer can make up to 60k a year with OT/ details if you wanted it.

BUT, keep in mind it is a (INDIAN TRIBE) they do what they want to who they want then hide behind the indian TRIBAL NATION'S way and the state or FDLE does nothing for you the Officer. We have take home cars, get some perks, have good calls from time to time, ok training ect. hollywood is like normal city work with the hardrock fights, clubs ect. BC is country sticks kinda like a wildlife officer but with one large getto and drugs. Immok is too small to really do anything, Brighton is country way lots of cows, Ft. pierce is a security guard type of police work, Tampa is just a casino, fights, drunks ect. call it what you want, again if you need a job then apply, but get some exp; and run like hell to a normal agency.

We wear blue, and try to walk the walk, but most of the agency is lead by FEAR, you are an AT WILL employee, they can fire you for anything. ANYTHING! ASK any of the command staff, they are not cops cops, they are for themselves and what ever the tribe asks they do, even if its made up or streched far as the TRUTH.
