I would like to thank the off duty CPD Officer that assisted in backing up my Sgt. in front of Lowes on Ulmerton 2 days ago,on the traffic stop, as I chased the one that ran from the vehicle. We constantly talk about the negative things that people do because frankly they are more interesting but this was great and deserves a Thanks.
