Faulty Equipment

I seen several CMV'S with faulty equipment i.e., cracked windshields, no mud flaps, log book issues, no med cards. What statutes would these type of violations fall under?

FS 316. Look at Appendix "C".

the statue to use is 316.215(1) but you have to list the CFR in the comments section. An example would be illegal window tint (Below 70%) would be
CFR 393.60(d).
