Where to work?

FL certified leo moving to south Florida looking for a job. Lot of drama posted here, is this a good place to work or not? Pay, shifts (8's or 10's)take homes, OT, decent treatment, or just a department in a rut? Better to get the truth from other cops since HR will always paint a nicer picture. Thanks.

Yes there is alot of drama posted here...but most of it is a few un happy people. Read the blogs from other cities in the area...the worse of the worse complain on this site...Wilton Manors is a nice small dept if thats what you are looking for....Good luck
