dope in the park

How often is the park patrolled during the night? I am starting to see a few more kids smoking and selling around the park/tennis court between 0200-0500. I havent heard anything.

How about being a professional and calling it in instead of posting it on this site

I hope they get to it fast. Nothing causes the degradation of the community more rapidly than punk kids smoking dope, eating cheetos, and passing out to a Pauly Shore flick.
