I remember a time to get into Homicide you had to be connected or reallly have your stuff together and be real sharp. It was like motors use to be you couldnt get in. I was watching 48 hours the other day and this thumbtack Ricardo John appears. Are you joking? how embarrassing for the city. who allowed him to be on there and to speak. no wonder everyone laughs at us. he has no right to be there none.
