NO, Scarola attended roll calls and pushed the contrct on us. He stated all the good parts of the contract but conveniently left out the bad parts of the contract.

CORRECT me if im wrong but wasn't handouts of our pay scale handed out before the contract. Showing you how much you would make each pay step (with the years). I know i got one.
