At any rate that is a valid question, and only time will tell on whats going to happen to us. I mean the level of service this year is gonna suck due to having no money for anything OT etc, and considering we will be down about 20 guys.........

Just hot off the press the district agreed to 10% increase for the next 3 years, take home cars for everyone with just a $50 contribution per month. In addition they will increase the non contract work day rate and O.T rate to $48 dollars per hour.

I can honestly say, that WILL NEVER HAPPEN! And its not even that much to ask. Especially with the leadership we have now.
