WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT???/ THE ENTIRE POLICE DEPARTMENT IS FULL OF ROACHES AND RATS!!!! AND MORE EVEN ON THE 4TH FLOOR I HAVE SEEN A LOT COMING IN AND OUT FROM THE CHIEF'S OFFICE IN ROOM 419 AND AT THE END OF THE HALL ON THE OTHER SIDE OF COMMUNICATIONS IN ROOM 413 TOO
