Did you know that our executive director bought a survey machine several months back? It basically sets up and runs surveys from a web site. I remember as early as two years ago we took the L/E survey statewide. You remember, the one that showed a supervision crisis in the Northern part of the state. The panhandle supervisors were ranked far below the rest of the state. That is the captians and above. The Lt's. were in line with the rest of the state. And guess what they did with these figures? They had a regional meeting and the Col. told us that we did'nt understand the questions. Then they formed the peer group to discuss the questions and answers from the survey. Of course the peer group members were hand picked by the Major. In other words...........We really dont need a survey machine, when we do NOTHING with the survey results. What we might consider.....is Ken Haddod running the next L/E survey. It is what it is
