Off-duty pay

I am conducting a comparison of Bay Area L/E off-duty rates in order to possibly suggest an increase.
Please assist me in telling me what your off-duty rate of pay is.

We are paid time and half for off-duty jobs. It's a pretty sweet deal, most other agencies have a flat rate which is nowhere near time and half.
