FRS Rep's will be at South Miami on July 24th, but just to answer any questions we might have. Nothing is really set in stone.

As an FRS retirement recipient, I urge you to really consider joining it. Considering the weak and unstable nature of municipal retirement funds, FRS provides a secure investment for your future and that of your family. Especially when you choose Option 3, which provides retirement benefits for your entire life, and you pass, for the entire life of your designated beneficiary. True it doesn't pay as much as Options 1, 2 and 4 but in the long run, it is the most secured investment you can make. Particularly with a guaranteed, annual 3% Cost Of Living Adjustment.
