Not going to happen. Since the Whitehead saga unfoled there is no chance in hell that any promotions are forthcoming. Wait till the FDLE investigation is complete.

Why give the next set of loser a glimmer of hope.

Does anyone know if the department has open slots for Lt and Sgt are they required to fill them?

Read your Civil Service Rules. The predicament that the city is in. THey do not have to fill the positions. Stop listening to the fulls that are cranking you up. Since you obviosly did poorly then you can take the next one in a few months.
