Ideas

New ideas:

1. Change shifts from 7a-7p to 6a-6p

2. Get your local Sheriff's K-9 to work the ramps at least once or twice a month with the mater dawgs...finding drugs will bring money to both depts

3. Utilize those xray trucks. They need to be put into service and ran by officers that are willing to work.

4. Learn to get along. Stop talking about each other and try and help each other out for once. uhmmm..did I say that??? yep..but with doubt that it will ever happen...but had to throw it in anyway.

5. Hurry and comment on one, two, three OR ALL of these ideas. Should be some interesting comments...Can't wait to read them all.

2. Why not just cross train the mater mutts on drugs? No since sharing money with other agencies.

3. Amen, but you also need supervision willing to step up and make decisions when something is found. Be it stolen, dope, maters whatever.

4. Anytime there is an atmosphere of competition or kiss up to move up, there will always be those that are willing to knife the next guy in the back to get where they want to go. What the knifer must remember is that there is also dirt in his/her past that can come back on them from the knifee. Great idea in theory, wish it would work it would make everything so much better.

2. So you admit to not wanting to get along with other agencies by working together for the good of the community.

3. So you are putting down the supervisors..maybe they will read this and step up to the plate and call the shots like supers are suppose to.
