what IS the deal? road guys screwed again!

They initially posted that it was a city wide pick then retracted that. It is now section wide. It should be city wide all the time? No?

i heard the chief okayd the citywide pick but the captains convinced him to change his mind. guess his word is no good. doesn't really matter which way it goes to them, they just wanted to f over road cops. screw the peons, i reckon.
