122906, 8:15 AM: A Campus Police Officer Dave Gustafson observed a suspicious vehicle with two suspicious persons inside, one male and one female near Sudakoff. Upon investigating, the male subject drove away on two occasions against the officerÂ's direction. The male subject was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting an Officer without Violence. The male was taken to the Sarasota County Jail. The female was released without charges. Both were issued Trespass Warnings. The Sarasota-Bradenton Airport Authority Police and the Sarasota County SheriffÂ's Office assisted.

122506, 4:40 PM: While patrolling, a Campus Police Officer observed a handrail damaged by Hamilton Center. The damage was approximately $100.00.

122206, 7:14 AM: Housing staff reported a suspicious male in the Pei Dorm West area. An officer observed a subject matching the description riding a bike onto the Airport exit road from campus. The officer stopped the subject as he was southbound on the Airport Circle. An arriving officer immediately recognized the suspect as having been previously arrested in June of 2005 while in possession of a stolen bike, and the suspect had been issued a written trespass warning at that time. The suspect was placed under arrest for trespass on campus, and was found to be in possession of a rock cocaine pipe and a pair of heavy duty linemanÂ's pliers. The Housing staff member confirmed that the suspect was the subject he saw in the dormitory area. The bike he was riding was impounded, and the suspect was transported to the Sarasota County Public Safety Complex, charged with trespass, possession of narcotics paraphernalia, and possession of burglary tools.

121906, 4:00 PM: A NC Student reported her bike missing from PDE. The bike was locked and valued at $499.00

120306, 10:00 AM: The rear sliding glass door at the Viking Dorm was found damaged. The value was estimated at $50.00. Physical Plant made the repairs.

120106, 9:06 AM: The ATM machine located in Hamilton Center sustained $200.00 in damage when someone poured a sticky liquid into the machine. The machine owner was notified.
