Wayne, why did you leave? What happened?

Waynes demeanor at times rubbed people the wrong way, but he was Good at what he did. At times, the nature of this business does seem to turn both Civillian and Sworn employees into "A" type personalities and cynical at times. I think Waynes departure was the result of Budget Cuts, so a more Educated, Less Qualified PIO from FD was given CPD as extra PIO work.

Wayne WAS the Face of the Chief Of Police at Clearwater, of which we have no more.
