Safety Issue, where's the magazine for your Glock?

Just watched the story on Fox 13 about the new car stereo ordinance. Caught a quick glimpse of what I thought was an African American Officer sitting in front of what I'm guessing is the City Commission. Could have sworn he had no mag in his pistol. Not talking about the gap near the backstrap, looked like there was absolutely no mag in the gun. Just a heads up!

Most likely it was not an Officer.

Although quite possibly it was a Captain. A Captain is an individual who once, many years ago, was an officer. Our Chief does not feel that it is important to make our Captains follow the rules as written in our GO's (like staying in uniform throughout the day). I can only postualte that the gunbelt makes it much harder for a Captain to squeeze past the musculature of the Chief's hindquarters. In their haste to reuniform after their "lunch break" (during which apparently they are not Policemen) they just forgot that bullets are needed to opperate their service weapon.

Oh well you can pick your friends, but not your bosses :lol: .............
