It's a shame that some of you guys on this blog talking S%$#T about this officer and his personal life. I usually like to keep my topics discussing minorities' matters, but this is out-of-line!!!PERIOD. Listen, I'm sure some one on this blog one-time or another wanted to taste that Wisconsin good-stuff, and became jealous when he began striking that nappy-dug-out!!! Stop all this madness.. Let use some common sense here, maybe some of you may understand why the two have something in common. Here the list: Born and raised in Wisconsin; former military (Army that is); has the same up north accent, and of course they are white (I had to put that in there). What I'm stressing here, Leave them alone and let them be. Stop the f&^%$g hatin. Lets not forget that we all in the same fight. Let try to make FMPD a better place to work...Man!!!

Hanky..Im with you bro...That how things operate around the PD. Im sure those same now admin where unhappy with the admin during their era and vowed to change things once given an opportunity: Well Broham...THEY LIED!!! They totally forgot what it was like in patrol. This question has been puzzling these brain's cells of mines: What the hell happen? Well Hanky.. lets get promoted and vow to change things like all of FMPD's current GOB. At least our current chief have done a good job then the prior chief. Alot of men/women supervisor benefited from this chief's decision to promote; unlike some supervisor (wont say their names) too benefited, and those who are hating didnot benefited. I heard that former Chief Hart was too scared to promote minorities; he wanted to fit in with the GOB. Chief Hilton Daniel.. I like to say this " you have done a good job promoting minorities and men/women into key leadership position!" But at the same time, you have made some decision that a rookie would question the cause.

2 of 15 minorities officers out of 165 total personel, well they leave in higher percentage than the white officers.

The chief did not promote these minorities out of the goodness of his heart. He definitely didn't promote most of the minorities because of their work ethics. It was a personal gain for himself to keep the black community off his back. If it wasn't for that reason and that reason alone he would not have promoted them at all.
