These two are our brother and sister. Their problems do not need to be discussed on this forum. Have a little respect for our law enforcement family and just stop. I've seen other cops bashed on this site. It's always by the yellow spineless wimps that hide behind their sceen name. I can not believe that I work with people that get pleasure from other peoples problems. If they are having marital problems you are not helping by comming on here and putting your nose into it. IMO the witness is credible. He is independent and he has nothing to gain by:
1. calling 911 to report a battery
2. following them as Keifer tried to elude him
3. telling the responding officer what he saw

The independent witness didn't know that BK was a cop. He just thought he was an angry out-of-control guy ------ and the citizen was just trying to keep the poor woman (DK) from getting hurt.

Is the independent witness credible? Yes! If there weren't an independent witness, this would have been swept under the carpet AS IF IT NEVER HAPPENED ----- and if there is no report, then there is no crime, right??? But the fact that there was an independent witness kinda threw a monkey wrench into this whole thing because now:
1. the incident is documented
2. there is a bonifide independent witness who is documented and is on-the-record.

Nuff said. At least till the Herald-Tribune gets a wiff of this. :shock:

This isn't his first run in while off duty being a bad boy. He was stopped on I75 for doing something dumb similiar ti this. Anyone remember the details.

If you know what those initials stand for, then you're halfway there. The issue concerns no one else but them. This is just two people who were in a disagreement and nothing more, and certainly doesn't warrant anymore poking around into.

Are you talking about the arrest of the crack whore? When BK sent inappropriate digitals that basically interfered with the investigation? My advice: if a crack whore is about to get arrested, then don't send digitals that can screw yourself!!!!

The incident on I75 as far as I can remember is not the one involving the crack whore. I do remember that screwup as well.

I think he tried to make a traffic case off-duty and the guy bowed up on him....'bout got his clock cleaned

yesssss, I remember, somehow he got the car to stop while in his POV, then when he made X25, the guy snatched Kiefer's badge!!!! He is a little SG20 in my book. Theres a ton of stories out there bout him.
