Van Camp and the Escambia Sgt's Exam: Did he fail?

Rumor is Jeff Van Camp failed the Escambia SO's Sgt's exam recently.

One of his supporters said this in Jeff's defense:
I know Jeff, he didn't take the test to pass/fail he took the test to show people he could hold his head high and has intergrity! Jeff has and will always do the right thing!!

Yes, he can hold his head high with integrity. But is he smart enough to pass the test?

I heard about 100 people took the test and only about 25 passed. Haven't heard if Jeff passed or not (or even took it)... but if he did take it, and couldn't even pass it... umm... maybe that's why he's been a slick sleeve deputy for 20 years? But hey, he ran Crimestoppers and worked with the Governor, so he's qualified to be Sheriff. Hell he's been responsible for the capture of a thousand fugitives. Yes, he's well qualified to be Sheriff.
