The title says Highway Patrol Investigating suicide then in the article it says - "Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, which is investigating the shooting." Which is it?

DC is good,I have to give those CIP guys credit they are always together,and according to the supervisors in the Jax area,they were with DC within seconds.SJSO deputy even stopped on the way home to assist with the call.
