What is this in reference to? Haven't heard any news on special details as of late.............

Im hearing we are sending atleast 20 , those interested submitted letters (deadline 25th) I dont know how the selection will be made . I think the street Crimes Unit (sgt Korichs boys) will go . the rest Im hoping will be by senirority...its a once in a lifetime chance for those officers closer to retirement to do something special..those younger guys still have time....There has to be some perks for time on the job...

I agree; let the senior Officers get a shot at going. They certainly deserve it. Much respect for all of you. :)

I guess the list has been made and notifications of selection will be forthcoming. Should be a great experience Thanks to BPD for the invite!
