Take Home Cars

Does Davie have a take-home-car program? If so, what are the restrictions?

If you reside in the county, you can use it for any purpose except obviously going to bars unless its a detail. duh. Your only allowed family members with permission and that is basically to take kids to school.
Out of County residents can only use it to and from work while out of the county.
