What if any changes will you make to improve Morale and Department Operations if selected as our next Chief?

I'd stop all the good ol boy stuff immediately, send H.D. to selma alabama to tell war stories ,and buy a pair of police shoes 'cause my boots are worn out running from the issues-or I would stop all unethical thing s like using a tow co. that supvrs. own land with the owner ,and ex wives work there,hazing of certified cops ,stop "not" taking robbery reports from hispanics, fudging various crime stats, stop ripping off the gov't /fema when hurricanes miss us , and we make believe they didnt, while cops in new orleans slept on the street,ackowledge that half the community IS minority,then I would stop thinking we're doing the job right and enter the 21st century---
