I would thank that you would get the approval from CC before you presented it to the troops. They came up with the idea 9 months ago.

The vote by the Civil Service Board was held on Wednesday night, and it passed. Maybe you should pick up the phone and do a little research before you get on here and run your mouth. Why are people so ignorant?
