she doesnt even work herself. when i worked with her the Lt would let her walk around the jail all shift rather than put her in a housing unit where she would cause a riot.

You sound like a jealous slug who never amounted to anything in your career and never will. I work for her now and do not like the amount of work she assigns me, however she checks, all the work she assigns, and usually fixes the errors. It appears to me she is doing twice the work of most and probably 20 times more work than you!
