I just heard who the Officer of the year is, or should i say officer's. The one i can understand, but the other. What does it take to make it over there? Wasn't he trying to leave the agency? I guess he has put in his time, but they should of gave him a service award. I do not want to talk bad about the individual. I do have respect for him and am not trying to bad mouth him. But from what i have heard he cant even complete paperwork without someone babysitting him. Oh well thought this would generate some interesting conversation.
