I'm a cop, too. And I'm not dumb enough to post a message like this in a public forum. I'm smart enough to call someone and ask them.

You should be careful how you talk to this guy? What if he was a friend of Chance Ransom's? Then you would feel pretty dumb, wouldn't you?

It is amazing how terrible we treat other cops in this department. To the original poster, some of us here at Davie are actually human.

You missed the point of his post. We have no way to verify if the original poster is in fact a LEO. This could be the suspect who committed the crime, and now he is trying to get information to see what kind of leads we have (fingerprints, witnesses, descriptions of the suspect(s) or suspect vehicle which would indicate there was a witness, etc.). Maybe the word "dumb" should not have been used, but the question should have never been posted in this forum. There are other ways for LEOs to get the information they need without compromising open cases on a public forum.

Just shut up and go play with your Chance Ransom doll. Wash it first though.

There are no Chance Ransom dolls. He can't be duplicated or replicated.

Chance was reportedly spotted at, "The Man Hole" in Wilton Manors last evening. Sources say that he was playing a game of, "Hide the Hot Dog". This reporter is un-familar with this game and cannot speak intelligently about it. I have contacted our, in the field reporter who is a former member of the Davie Police Department. He requested to remain anonymous, but provided his initials (JB). He informed me that he is somewhat of a expert at this game. His will report will follow, tonight at 5.

Wow. I guess Chance Ransom really hurt someones feelings. That is the only reason I can explain the unprovoked character assassination of a fictitious person. I am constantly challenged about having too much spare time on my hands for writing this stuff, but now I have made someone out there hate an imaginary person. I consider this a huge triumph. I've made you feel rage. Now play nicely, you eunuch, or I will make you to feel depressed. Chance is not an easy person, so if you feel slighted by him, then it is time to grow a thicker skin.

I bet you had some people scratching their heads when you used the term "eunuch". You might want to define it for the common people.
