You not only will go down as the only sheriff in BSO history to have been brought to impasse, but you certainly will not make the next term as sheriff. How can the men and women of BSO support you after it was demonstrated that there are millions in your budget but you refuse to make us a priority? Just wait until detention and the fire department come to the table for their openers. You will have exactly a month to convince them before the election. I am so sorry you will not continue on here. It's a damn shame you took advice from fools. Those people want to see you fail. I hear they are already calling the other candidates to find out what's in it for them.

Every time the administration asked for an extention, it was granted. Some on the board supported the extention and some didn't. The bottom line is, Lamberti has been given very poor political advice. Although our contract woes will have very little effect on the out-come of the election.
