hey guys, a question here. is it ok to buy a bullet proof vest as a gift for my cousin who graduated in a police academy? i searched online for some stores and found one: this particular bulletproof vest (http://www.dangerproof.com) store. I was thinking of buying Concealable Bulletproof Vest IIIA but I'm not too sure if it's durable. So any suggestions guys?

If I was you, give him a gift certificate for the vest to a GOOD cop shop like LOUS.. this way he can try it on see if it is comfortbale.. and this way he will have the best vest tailored for HIM.. I have had many over the years and some fit better than others and the quality is much better. LOUS or any other GOOD cop shop would know.. Tell him good luck, dont let the job get to his head.. always think officer safety.. and back up ALL officers even if they are "****S".. its the right thing to do!
