How long is the process? How does MPD view officers coming aboard with less than perfect IA records?

All apps are reviewed and taken on a case by case basis, it would really depend on the circumstances and out come of the IA's.

You’ll be fine here. We hire all knuckleheads that nobody else takes. As long as you understand the concept of checkpoints, your application will move along.

Guest, why would you want to work there, you are not allowed to do your job, the only way the indians get arrested is if the county does it, it is the only department where cops tell the "tribal member" whatever,,, if they have a warrant,,,for them to take care of it,, go to the county

Truth is, Miccosukee hired David Ward right? Did anyone stop and checkout out his 5 boxes of IR (Internal Review) files at Metro, or the United States Federal Inductment? So, what's the problem with a less than perfect IA file. Apply and if you haven't been indicted anywhere, maybe you too can be the Chief someday.

If you really are a trooper, or some other cop and if you really did write Billy a ticket, you ought to know that any cop can find out who you are just be running his DL on the Dade County computer. This will display your badge #. This means you will no longer be anonymous.

So heed these words, do not let the cat out of the bag anymore! As for this one, it might be too late.

Good luck :!:
