Power outtage

Good job with power outtage today in certain parts of TT. I witnessed people taking advantage of the situation, flying down the road at officers who were directing traffic. Sometime the most simple aspect of the job, such as directing traffic, can be very dangerous, just wanted to let you guys know that people saw you and it is appreciated! What a day!
