I just wanted to take this time to thank the A-HOLE on the boat that wrote my Dad. I guess the day was so slow that you had no choice but to cite him in an attempt to justify your miserable existence. You claim to be retired NYPD??? If you were a Florida boy I would brush it off as you not being taught what courtesy was. Im sure the boys at your old command would be proud! My dad is here on vacation from NY to visit his cop son and gets written by a cop who claims to have been NYPD even when his best friend is a retired LT Commander in the same boro that you worked!

Oh, brother!

Please exhaust your frustation on Golden Beach's site. I believe in giving warnings but who knows, your father might have been a jackarse. There's some cities that us cops know not to speed through and thats one of them, they are a small agency and traffic/boating enforcement is the only action they ever see.

It was an FYI.. he will probably write you and your family too ! Thats what surrounds you !

Well, your dad might have been a jackarse. Make sure you have both sides of the story. Im sure you will always take your dad's side, but you just never know. I've stopped a few questionable family members in my time.

However, if your dad was truly respectful, and still got cited.....thas f'd up.
