Your kidding if you think any manager from the SSO is that tough. Our agency would never speak like that. That man is a leader and that is how leaders act!! Fearless and not selfserving. I am sure he earned a lot of respect from his troops for that statement. Name one guy that would talk that way to the media here??

I agree. I think all law enforcement leaders should have that attitude. Maybe we could do our jobs then.

I thought it was too good to be true. Most Chief and Executives become smooth talkers and “politicians” when they assume those positions and guard their words so as not to offend any one.

The clip actually shows former Sergeant with San Francisco, Gary Delagnes, who is now the head of the San Francisco Police Officers Assoc. I thought he sounded like a union man.
