I think Paul would be a great candidate. Very respectful of his squad as SGT and as LT. I hear great things about Capt. Blackman, and I too think he would be the best Sheriff that Highlands County could have.

Hell yeah!! Blackman would make a damn good Sheriff. Experience, knowledgeable, an all around hell of a guy. Has my vote.

He would make a great Sheriff but, he would slit his own throat if he attempted to run. We could at least hope he becomes the LEB major and the current one takes his new FBI school and goes to be a police chief some place else.

I think he could pull it off. Paul is well respected by fellow LEO's and in my opinion would prove to be an excellent sheriff. He seems to treat everyone the same and that means a great deal.

I would vote for that one for sure!!! There is no better person for the job in my opinion!!
