I guess averaging 10% raises since he started here were not enough.

This guy was very good for our department.....barely any problems getting 6...5...4... during the last contract....good luck with another manager in these times...Also look what he has done for the city itself....It has been a better place because of him. Damn, give the guy some credit. It wont kill ya.
