Anybody get the memo of RW and TM wanting employees annonymous opinions? Funny how low moral didn,t get his attention, but now the threat of a union has them asking what are we doing wrong? What makes you mad? I would get writers cramp answering that Memo ! Mr "hit the door if you dont like it!You Gonna do fingerprint analysis on the paper we turn in, or watch the cameras to catch us turning it in? Maybe compare handwriting to our prior reports to catch us and burn us. Oh! thats right your management and us common officers are to stupid not to be suckered into filling out your memo request! Get real RW and TM, more smoke up the butt due to an election year, will be business as usual soon as your job the next 4 years is secure.

Makes it seem they actually give two sh**s about what you think really matters. Then when you complain they know who to target and compare to here... About as ridiculous as the suggestion box in road patrol...

Just cannot do anything to please some people. When they make an effort to do something you shoot it down.

It is time to band together and support two of our fellow Officers from Davie PD.
Sgt. Mike Necolettos & Lt. Greg Mize were both fired on 1/9/08, approx. 9 & 12 months each after suffering heart attacks.
Yes, they both had heart attacks and had multiple stents put in their hearts !!!!
The Town of Davie decided they were unfit for duty and could no longer perform the essential functions of a
law enforcement officer. They both received their termination papers in the mail, with approx. 3 days notice to come clean out
their offices and turn in their equipment. Has the Town of Davie ever heard of the Heart Bill ???? We are asking that you pass this along to
as many cops & firefighters and their families as you can. All we are asking is for some support. Please take a few moments
out of your day to email our town council & PD to let them know how appalling this is!! You can obtain their
email addresses at WWW.DAVIE-FL.GOV... (http://WWW.DAVIE-FL.GOV...). We are trying to get the FOP & PBA to help
us get this out there !! The more emails & phone calls the better !! We don't want this to happen to ANYBODY in the future and one
of the ways we can prevent this is by sticking together and standing up for our rights & protections !! If you have any questions,
you can direct them to us through LEO AFFAIRS under Davie PD. Hopefully we will get the city's attention.

Look guys, are we not bigger and better since PM came in? Are we not twice the size we were when Runt came in? We are, there are growing pains within agencies. I really do not see what all the trash talking is about. Rules with an iron fist, Nazi? Come on! Get real. Runt has a JOB to do just like you do and he works at it VERY HARD and puts in a LOT of hours. He comes in at least by 6 everyday, and does not leave until 5 or so everyday. Come one now that is 11 hours a day, Mon - Fri. He is on a salary, so it aint like he is pulling in big bucks to do it that way either. He would get paid just as much if he were not there half of the time.

He was hired to do a job, period. He has to ensure that the job is completed. Whatever the Sheriff wants done in this jail, he has to see it through. The bottom line is.....whatever the vision for the jail may be, it is a vision that is getting closer and closer to completion everyday. And the problem you have with it is it is not your vision. It isn't suppose to be.

You call Runt a Nazi, however with the complete Anarchy going on with a few of you, you are not in the line of fire. You are not being escorted to the door. How can you say sucj things? What has he done to cause so much rage, and so many harsh words? Obviously you still have a job. Oh wait, are we back on the whole " I want to be the one running the jail, and I am going to bash his head in thing?" ~~ Hmm Must be. Same folks different names.

look, better days it is impossible to talk with someone with blinders on. Rw is not all bad, as he has helped a lot of officers with personal problems. However someone who plays golf in the middle of the workday is not the tireless worker you portray. He comes in early to review his jail tapes to micro manage and see who he can crawl that is trying to do their job, just not to his lofty standards. Why have operations capt. or lt's when they are only your puppet and you dont designate them orders and spot check them. Some orders he micro manages do not make sense. He has never worked a pod or done a booking. He has reamed and hurt the moral of a lot of good officers for minor reasons. Any one doing anything will make occassional mistakes, they deserve better treatment. You know if your a goof off. So, Im not sold I've seen to much.

maybe your right. RW has his issues and he does not listen to you ifhe does notlike you and he can stop liking yo for any reason. but some of the things that are being said like the nurse is a drunk. BULL****. i have worked here over six yer now and although i dont care for her sometimes i have NEVER smelled booze on her. I think this is comming from a Sgt that hates her and everytime he or his wife get mad at someone they try to crucify them. we are tired of this kind of crap. i dont think married people should be allowed to work in the jail. it causes too many problems. anyway i dont care about the nurse or RW i just want the shifts to be fun again with out everyone second guessing each other because sgt speads rumors that are not even true. go back to the prison. oh thats right you were fired for booing up officers and then letting them take the fall. or is that a untrue rumor?

Somebody tell me why everyone has to suffer to appease a Sgt. who claims to be loyal to his shift, and then deserted them. I mean come on now, he pissed everyone off and still has the nerve to ask for a favor! Same crap different day. Manipulate to get what you want. I guess poor ole FP couldn't resist staying on days, and I guess you cant blame him, but you know you cuss him out, show up on his doorstep, threaten him, call him a coward, and he was not even in town. Then your old lady calls him a bipolar mf, amongst everything else we all heard. Some people have some nuts to ask for a favor. And not to mention the poor LT. who has to put up with the tyrant. Better watch your back, and dont fall for the same ole crap again!
I mean FP I can understand it was probably easier to stay but dang it man, I think I would have made him suffer. The only reason he wants to stay on nights is because one he has showed his butt so bad he don't want to show his face, hoping Ronnie and Tony will forget all the crap he posted, and said, and done, and to help his old bitty out. He was the one pushing for the permanent shift all because she was pissed she got moved. Always manipulating. Trying to make something go his way. He got it again. Leadership is not underhanded. Oh but I forgot playing ball, that was the story. Must be nice.

Enough of the crap if you don't mind. Throwing two excellent Sgt.'s out there like that just makes you look like the crap your spewing. BE never showed up on anybodys door step to threaten anybody. I have enjoyed working for him for as long as I have. He is fair, and just like you, he has a job to do. He only does what he needs to do not only as an Officer, but as a Supervisor. As far as leaving the shift he was so "loyal" to, just for your info, he was and is loyal to his shift. As a matter of fact, he is just as loyal to everybody there. He had personal reasons to leave, and he asked to swich for ONE rotation. Now how is that deserting them exactaly? I can think of one person I WISH would desert their shift.

Now, insted of this blog being so negative all the time, why not post some positive stuff for a bit?

Or else, if all you can do is complain on a blog, then start to change things. Run for Sheriff. Theres a start.

They understand that the Sgt. wants to help the kids in the community and help coach a baseball team of 7 and 8 year old kids. Maybe you should try doing something for the community other than hiding behind your fakeness.

I understand that he has pissed off your little group, and this is why? Is it because he has balls enough to stand on his feet and run his shift and not let everyone else make his decisions for him, or is it because when he see's something wrong he corrects it?

It is appearant that you have alsolutely no idea what your talking about when you say the Sgt. showed up at his door step, threaten him, and called him a coward. None of this has happened and never will The Sgt. would not treat one of his friends this way.

Yes he was one of the many pushing for permanent shifts, he was chosen to take the pole by Mr. White and he done just as he was instructed. But what really is puzzleing is that when your group began talking about it all of you wanted permanent shifts as well, as long as you could manipulate it and have your choices regardless of your seniority, I mean according to your group the Sgt. was going to be placed on permanent nights... right?

Now let me just say this my friend if you have not noticed please look at he user name of this post and I assure you that I am the same person who used this user name before, whom you all agreed with. With that being said let me say you have no idea who has posted what on this site but I'm sure if you wanted to know if the Sgt. has made any post then all you would have to do is ask him.

I want to thank the jail staff for the their great work and the assistance y'all give all of us who walk in there to do a job that the public expects and deserves from us. Y'all do a fine job. It has been a VERY LONG time since I walked in the and got an attitude from anyone. Thank you.
