Is there anyone who can tell me how they like the current contract? I work for a University Police Dept. in South Florida and we are currently facing huge negotiation problems. Have you guys had support or had to fight the Univ. for a decent contract? Please let me know. Thanks!

How much does your Chief make? Ours makes about $159,000 a year and is the only one to have a take home car in the Dept.. I have been here a couple of years and only seen my Chief 2 times.
