Just listened to the presidents state of USF report concerning the $26 million dollar budget reduction this fiscal year, with more reductions to follow. She states that we will have a $2 billion shortfall in fiscal year 08-09. This doesn't look good for our cause. Maybe it's time to vote "yes" on the 2 year offer and take what we can get for now.
