I believe what happened is that The town manager and the Police admin where putting contstraints on Sunny Isles processing/handling of Golden Beach Officers vs. Sunny Isles Police.

Basically, the Town of Golden Beach wanted the ability to cover up any mishaps of the Officers who are no longer there, under investigation, or awaiting trial.

:) 2012 is going to be an interesting year for the Town of Golden Beach. :devil:
