Comms Operator

Is there alot of overtime available for this position?
how many operators do you have?
Any pay raise expected for operators? I see they only make 24k.
Do they get raises for training the complete, i.e. NCIC/FCIC, radio etc. extra pay?
And has any comms operator ever been hiring for patrol?
How many full time sworn officers do you have?

We start out at 28K+ and you get a ton of training and room for advancement. Prior experience is a bump in pay as well. There is not as much OT but the facility and employees are 1st class.
