1- How much information and proof is needed to given to an P.O. so, they can believe who you are and what you are doing...?
2- What is the MDPD SOP for once someone provides an officer off the get go "I have gun" and for the safety of the Officer and Subject... the officer take possesion of the weapon...? 1 hour..? 45 mins..? right way (for safety)...?
3- Do City Attorney's deal with the Criminal investigations, aren't they for civil matters of the city...?
4- How much time needs to go by on a stop before you have to arrest the person on some stupid charge which the PO knows they are wrong... But, to justify the last 6 hours of overtime because of a traffic infraction...?
